Drilling rig KR 708-3G

Drilling rig KR 708-3G

The flexible drilling rig for foundation work with micro- and minipiles – prepared for use with low headrooms.

Powerful. Versatile use.

Use on any site
With 129 kW, the KR 708-3G has a high power for this weight class. With the Oscillating trackss and the front-mounted kinematics, whose set-up is flexible, the device can be used on uneven terrain. Drillings for micro- and minipiles can even be created under difficult conditions.

Low headroom
With drill mast type 203, a detachable upper part of the drill mast facilitates working below a headroom of min. 4 m.

Energy-efficient work
As with almost all KLEMM drilling rigs, the EEP-Package (EEP=Energy-Efficient Package) is also included as standard with the KR 708-3G machine. This significantly reduces fuel consumption and noise emissions.

Safe operation
The radio remote control of the drilling rig for all drilling, tramming and set-up functions is in accordance with EN 16228. The drilling rig complies with EN 16228, and the “SPM” mode (Special Protective Mode) is available for working without a guard under special circumstances, and the “ROM” mode (Restricted Operation Mode) for manually changing the drill rods.

Powerful hydraulics
The hydraulics system rests on a load-sensing double pump and a volume flow control independent of the load. For this new development, the operating pressure for drilling functions was increased to 350 bar. The design also takes into account the use of a hydraulic drifter, among other things.

Advantages
Ideal for cramped spaces
Micro- and minipiles, injections, uplift anchors and cavity filling in confined spaces.
Modularity
The drilling rig facilitates various configurations of the drill system, and the drill mast design.
Low headroom
With drill mast type 203, detachable drill mast upper part for working under restricted headroom – from a ceiling height
Telematics
The optional KLEMM DataLink AIR module for the transfer of machine, process and service data into the cloud.
