The IPA 250-E is a completely newly engineered injection plant that combines the proven MAT mixing technology with the experience gained from OBERMANN injection stations. The delivery rate has been increased by 42% from the previous 175 l/min to 250 l/min (max. delivery pressure of 80 bar) and a nominal mixing capacity of 7.0 m³/h (at W/Z 1.0).

Highlights include automatic mixer cleaning, optional safety functions (warning light, lighting) and a modern control system with precise sensors and remote maintenance options. The system is ideal for grouting and re-injecting anchors and micropiles and as a flushing pump.

Thanks to the patented colloidal mixing system, even highly viscous suspensions can be processed with minimal sedimentation and constant rheology – with maximum efficiency and raw material utilisation.
