The infinitely adjustable, high-frequency vibrators in the MR series from RTG Rammtechnik GmbH are used to vibrate sheet piling profiles, trench sheeting or beams (vibratory pile driving). Vibrated displacement piles are produced by vibrating a steel pipe which is filled with gravel or concrete. For the construction of narrow walls, a steel beam is vibrated with a vibratory vibrator. The beam profile creates a narrow slot that is filled with suspension. A continuous wall is created by overlapping the beam.

Impact driving can be used universally, but particularly in cohesive soils. RTG offers a range of different hammers for its basic machines. The optimally coordinated structural height of the hydraulic hammer makes it possible to install comparatively long piling material with short mast lengths. The basic machine delivers the required hydraulic power and control technology for the hammers. Regardless of the type of piling material, the required adaptation options can be delivered as well. With the help of measurement data, production-related data can be recorded: the installation depth, the current impact energy, the impact rate of the hammer and the total energy applied per element.
