The powerful, excavator-based drilling rig for vertical high-pressure injections, H-beam and pile drillings with the single-pass technique.
Stiffness of the kinematics
The backstay cylinders of the drilling rig ensure the upright and lateral tilt of the mast when the stiffness is as great as possible at the same time. The drilling axis can be set easily with the parallelogram boom kinematics, in relation to the carrier – another great advantage for HPI applications.
High stability
The stable operation is achieved by using an undercarriage which can be projected across its total width from 3000 mm to 4000 mm. No additional supports are necessary. The 360° rotatable upper carriage also allows for drilling locations next to the crawler tracks.
Strong drill heads
The high power output makes it possible to operate high-torque drill heads, for example, to create bores with a continuous flight auger for in-situ concrete piles (SOB / CFA) or overburden drilling with a hydraulic drifter. High drill mast retraction forces are possible thanks to the robust design.
High-performance and sensitive hydraulics
The two-pump load-sensing hydraulic system allows several consumers to be used at the same time, such as a hydraulic drifter and a flushing pump. The KLEMM hydraulic control ensures very sensitive control of all consumers.
State-of-the-Art drive train
The drilling rig KR 720 has a water-cooled diesel engine with 123 kW performance in continuous operation, and it complies with EU exhaust level V or USA EPA Tier 5. Convenient diagnostics options are included on-board as standard for engine management and machine control.
