The coarse filter GS 500 is a preliminary filter with a nominal capacity of 500m³/h. The sieve has an inclination of 25° descending. This accomplishes a preliminary separation of coarse solids in combination with downstream desanding plants. A vat design with integrated sealing valves enables precise distribution of the pre-cleaned slurry among downstream plants.

This coarse filter was specially designed for use in tunneling and diaphragm wall equipment. The plant can also be used as a single unit for coarse separation.
